saturday: day two and too many pictures.

saturday morning we met shell and her beau at the gates of paradise. we got right to it. the pictures are in the wrong order. last is first, first is last. all that. did i mention how great shell's beau happens to be? let me take a minute here and just say that i didn't think it was possible for our dear, sweet shell to be this happy and content. blissful, even, if we're being honest here. her blood pressure seems to have dropped about fifty points since the last time i saw her. i can only imagine that it has something to do with the cool customer that she is about to marry. so, yea for shell! and sincerely, yea for dave!

so in backwards order, we: slept. watched tinkerbell and the fireworks. ate dinner in downtown disney, where i shared a plate of ravioli with brit. $20 for five squares of ravioli. awesome. met mickey. got a family photo out front. hung with shell and dave. rode the bug's life ride and felt sick as a dog. rode bumper cars. went on soarin' over california, which is fantastic. posed with "white queen" and mater. played around with pluto, who sniffed a little more than he should have. saw buzz, who cw was too cool to be seen with. rode the autopia cars, the first of too many times. suffered through "it's a small world." hung with woody and jesse. watched cw try to pull the sword out of the stone. rode the peter pan ride and the carousel. ate a lot of junk, drank gallons of diet coke, and enjoyed the beautiful weather.
