baseball.

after weeks and weeks of practice, the season finally began. gma and gpa were here for the first game, but in typical washington fashion, it was rained out. on monday, in a light sprinkle, we headed to the field for our makeup game. cw caught the first two innings. and before taking aw to soccer practice, i saw him hit a double to left field. he finished the game two for two, with two doubles. he pitched the last two innings and struck out three kids. he was the only run to score, and the game ended 1-1. or stick to stick, as cw calls it. they held a base run race, which we made it back to, and cw's team eeked out a win. i know he's my kid, but he looks good out there.
