i am greatful for cooper. i am greatful for the kind, compassionate son that he is. for the helpful, gentle big brother that he is. for the fiery competitor and fantastic student that he is. i am greatful that he is a smart, healthy boy who whispers "i love you," only to me. and i am greatful that he honors and respects his father and tries to be like him in every way. i am greatful for his reverent spirit on sundays and his aggressive attitude on the field and in the back yard. for his "heater" and his love of the sandlot. for his soft ears and his long, skinny legs. for his strong mind and wimpy muscles. more than any and all of these things, i am greatful for his example. for his small and sweet testimony of his savior and his love for his eternal family. i am greatful for his willingness to make hard promises and for the knowledge i have that he will strive to keep them. i am greatful that i was chosen to be his mother and that i have been entrusted with the care of someone as special as cooper matthew.
we had walls. we had eldredges. we had johnsons. we had myers'. we had a shank. we had slopsemas. and we had hawleys. we had friends and friends of family show their love for cw and their respect for his awesome endeavor by being with us on this perfect saturday morning.

i hate spelling it the correct way. it makes me think of grated cheese. but i changed it for you. as i'm sure you are well aware, i realized the error all along. i just hate the way it looks.
again, another thing we missed. Dave was so glad he could be there...what a good examply coop is!
