we spent christmas eve as we have spent many before and will spend many to come. we opened pjs. and socks from gma connie. we ate milkshakes. made cookies. ate popcorn. and watched white christmas. we listened to a recordable version of the night before christmas, performed by gpa dave. a very nice, new touch to our ritual. we checked santa's location online and talked to the man-in-red on the phone. we sent the kids to bed around 9:30. and didn't hear a peep the rest of the night.
