cw's class party.

i talked to cw's teacher at a pta meeting and found out that they weren't having a party on the last day of school. i called up another mom from the class and we threw together a few things. we had donuts from our favorite bakery, yummy drinks, costco muffins, and a few random cookies. we really love cw's teacher, mrs. york. earlier last week we gave her our mariners/cubbies tickets. cw had a soccer game and we didn't want them to go to waste. she and her husband took their three year old son to the game. they sat fifteen rows up on the third base side. at the end of the game she took her son down to the front row to look at the field. the cubbies catcher popped his head out of the dugout and threw a ball to them. talk about a missed opportunity. oh well.
