the other myers-wall

this is for the sister-in-law with the sick baby: baby g is still coughing and we are almost 5 weeks into it. be patient and do the breathing treatments religiously. it does not make the cough go away, but it will help him breath. we are thinking about you guys. we too have decided to boycott public venues. and !yeah for you! about school. you guys CAN make it work. ps- can you email me a recent picture of you and one of dave? i need them to be separate.

Lucy Wall said...: Thanks I really needed that, the breathing treatments are hard because he hates them so much..the doctor says he still has 2 days till his peak day so i am counting down the hours. I can't believe your g is still sick...poor little man, we too have thought about you guys often and can't wait to see you all. injury report for wall manor.

status of injury and expected return to the active roster are included.

mw: 4 or 5 stitches on left hand (fully healed);

ew: herniated belly button no longer protruding; braces removed;

cw: trip to er for finger smashed by wagon wheel (lost fingernail); 3 stitches in mouth (fully healed); growing pains (argh);

aw: 70 stitches, skull fracture, brain bleed (fully healed); broken humerus (decasted and ready for fun 12/1);

bw: toddler fracture on top of foot (fully healed); eczema is no where to be seen (trying not to get a big head about it); rotovirus: GONE. five pounds lighter, but no worse for wear; broken right wrist, radial side (cast off 4/6), 15 degree bend in wrist; second degree sprain of left ankle, ligament damage, wearing walking boot until he can walk on his own (4/10/12);

gw: bilateral, lower lobe viral pneumonia GONE. but it took 5 weeks for the cough to completely subside; cracked noodle, six stitches (8/10);
