we had a great valentine's day. baby g is well. we slept in a little. a very little. we made heart-shaped pancakes for breakfast. bw ate cool whip. sadly, this is nothing out of the ordinary. aw and i received flowers from the boys. cw and bw got nd football jerseys. aw got a new monkey and some sparkly flops. the baby got a new baby book. pretty lame, but he needed one. mw bought mamma mia for me and we're watching it right now. he likes it as much as i do and if he says otherwise, he is lying. he wanted cologne. boring. we fed the kids and sent them to bed. we had a great dinner with baby g and then watched a horrible movie. mw chose the prestige. i slept through most of it. very romantic. 
the movie was not wonderful. but the company was superb. i have recently found myself looking back on the first days of mw and i's courtship. they were the happiest and most carefree days of my life. i was so in love with love. we fit so perfectly. we still do. but when it's new, it's just . . . new. and so fantastic. everything is so exciting. and with mw, it still is.
i bought a bumbo today. this is how my mind works when it is left to its own devices: bumbo rhymes with gumbo which sounds like gumbi. which is ironic, or maybe not, because the seat and gumbi are made of the same weird, rubbery material. anyway, it is wonderful and baby g agrees.
bw brushed his teeth by himself today. oh, yeah. aw assisted him.
