mentally superior matt

happy 30th bday jason!

we had the pleasure of traveling to greensburg on friday to help meg and the kids surprise jason. the kids were adamant that we hide and when he walked in the door everyone yelled. except matt, because he's too cool. we ate pizza and costco cake and went bowling. i opened up with three strikes and matt started in on the head games. i asked him if it bothered him that he had to resort to beating me mentally, as he is obviously no match for my superior athletic prowess. he laughed, a head thrown back laugh, and said "NO WAY!" he loves it that i'm a headcase. he thrives on the fact that everyone in his life that is physically superior is mentally moribund.
becks had a relapse, but it was caused by a viral infection. apparently his eczema will flare when his system is down. so he is back on the hardcore roids and a new antibiotic that he is not allergic to. yet.
